Course Overview
This animal health and bio-security programmes course provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to implement effective animal health management and bio-security systems in livestock farming. It focuses on preventing disease outbreaks, maintaining animal welfare, and supporting consistent production performance.
Learners will explore key practices such as routine health monitoring, clinical examination techniques, vaccination programmes, and correct treatment procedures. This animal health and bio-security programmes course also covers dosage calculation, calibration practices, and the development of structured health programmes to reduce risks on farms.
